My work connects literary detail, description, style, and ornament through video, performance, and mixed media objects. My research has recently turned to description, a concept from the study of literary fiction that links language and experience. Current projects include a series of videos inspired by early cinema, texts and performances that investigate the conventions of street fiction, and a mixed media works that examine marks, objects, and sequences.
